Hinged Flood Gates

The Hinged Flood Gate is similar to our other flood mitigation products except it is permanently installed at the opening location and kept in the open position until needed. The system can be custom designed for any almost width opening and can be fabricated in either a single or double leaf configuration. For larger gates, central support wheels can be fitted for safety and ease of deployment. Once swung shut and locked, the gate is water tight. Because this barrier is permanently installed at the opening location, it offers a quick reaction time. To reduce the aesthetic impact of this barrier, the front surface can be painted or covered in a manner to match the building façade.
